Intro
At La Sante there a range of policies that are applied to treatments, gift vouchers and cancellations.
Arrivals
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for any service. This will allow you time to check-in and complete the necessary health questionnaire before your treatment
Gift Certificates
All gift vouchers will be voided if they are not redeemed by the due date unless pre-arranged with La Sante Medispa. All services and gift vouchers are non-refundable but we will exchange or transfer treatments with your instructions.
If 24 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment is not received, the gift voucher will automatically have a 25% administration fee deducted from the gift voucher. If this is repeated the gift voucher will become void and will not be able to be used.
Cancellations
We request 24 hours prior notice for any cancellations or a fee may apply. We do not take liability for a therapist or patient illness or unforeseen circumstances.
